14th WSF World Shotokan Championships - Albena
The international Shotokan Karate Championship held at Laguna Hotel Albena in Bulgaria between April 12–14, 2024, has been successfully completed.
The prestigious event brought together approximately 1,000 athletes from 18 countries, creating a highly competitive and dynamic atmosphere throughout the tournament.
Athletes competed in both kata and kumite categories across various age groups, showcasing high-level technical skills, discipline, and sportsmanship. The championship once again highlighted the strong development and growing popularity of Shotokan karate across Europe.
Throughout the three-day event, participants delivered remarkable performances, while coaches, referees, and officials played a key role in ensuring the smooth and successful organization of the championship.
